Features

The bag lifting centrifuge employs variable frequency drive to guarantee stable start-up, and the centrifugal force is adjustable;

Rational structure design efficiently eliminates the dead corners for solid accumulation, the surface of structural parts is polished and smooth to facilitate the residual heel removal;
The external structural parts, fasteners and rotating basket are all made of stainless steel;
The stainless steel shell has a hinged cover, making it possible to access the space between the shell and basket for easy cleaning and maintenance;
CIP (cleaning-in-place) system is equipped with spray nozzles for thorough cleaning of the bag lifting centrifuge from inner wall to outer shell, as well as surface of rotating basket and other difficult-to-access parts, ensuring that the top discharge bag lifting centrifuge comply with GMP requirements;
Reasonable design and simple structure, providing easy operation and maintenance;
Grains are less prone to break, ensuring the integrity of products;
A nitrogen protection system is provided to ensure that the inner cavity of the bag lifting centrifuge is isolated from the outside atmosphere;
Fully closed structure with silicone rubber or fluorine rubber sealing parts, and safety measures are available for airtight and explosion-proof therefore enabling the centrifuge suitable for materials containing toxic, flammable or hazardous substances;

Structure

The centrifuge shell is provided with hinged cover, feed pipe, wash pipe, sight glass, ventilation port and light hole;
The rotating basket, shell and cover of the top discharge bag lifting centrifuge are all made of SUS304 stainless steel;
The centrifuge base is assembled using robust castings, and the surface of which is spray coated;
All fasteners are made of stainless steel;
General motor (or explosion-proof motor) + frequency converter + dynamic braking;
1 set of lifting sling;
