- Filtration:
to separate solids from liquids, the filter cake thickness is up to 500mm. - Cake washing:
to further purify the filter cake by eliminating the impurity in the mother liquor and removing the residual mother liquor from filtered solids. With the help of an agitator, the filter cake is mixed with clean washing liquid so that the cake is reslurried and washed thoroughly. - Drying:
to dehydrate the filter cake, while the filter cake is agitated during the drying stage, the heating medium is fed into the side walls, bottom and stirrer blades to evaporate the solvents. The vacuum drying method is employed to make the evaporation faster, and the use of heated nitrogen improves heat transfer efficiency.
- Energy saving: low motor power (high speed ratio of gearbox: l=46.3)
- Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) system, steam sterilization (122℃)
- The gap between bottom plate and vessel is sealed by means of dual-channel O-ring, the sterile inner structure of vessel is concise, no dead corner, conforming to the requirements of GMP
